About Us

We are a charter fishing company based out of Nelson. We do also cater for charters out of Picton, Havelock, Motueka, and other Nelson / Marlborough locations upon request.

The Skipper Dylan, has been associated with the fishing industry ever since he could walk. Even the name Dylan means “Son of the Sea” or “Son of the wave” depending on where you look.

He was always destined to be associated with boats and fish. A 3rd Generation fisherman, now sees himself as more of a land dweller with a passion for Boats and Fish, so this seems to be a no brainer. He is a passionate boatie and always itching to get his feet wet (so to speak) So you can be assured he will be willing to help and provide the best experience he possibly can.

With a background in Fishing, and a passion for the fish and boating we can help get the most out of your experience. Whilst we don’t police anything, we do like to live by only take what will be eaten. Nothing bad about catch and release if need be. Fish caught can be taken home as long as its within the bag limits. And you don’t neccesarily need to eat it your self, feel free to give away to friends and family.

Dylan is a qualified Skipper, with a current Firefighting, and First Aid ticket in the unfortunate event it may be required.
